Income tax raids continue at JDU MLC Radha Charan Sah’s locations in Bihar. It is being told that in this raid which is going on since 8 am on Tuesday, Income Tax officials have come to know about the evasion of Income Tax worth crores.
At the same time, it is also being told that cash worth several lakhs has also been recovered from all the 21 places in the country including MLC Radhacharan Sah’s Arrah residence, hotel, resort and Patna residence. JDU MLC Radhacharan Sah is still present at his residence in Arrah’s Bihari Mill, where a team of officers led by Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax Prashant Sagar is constantly questioning him and examining his business documents.
Wherever the Income Tax officials raided, the main gate has been closed since yesterday, neither is anyone allowed to come out from inside nor is it allowed to go inside from outside. The Income Tax officials are constantly checking the documents of all the companies and duly checking the transactions that have taken place. Ever since the raid took place, it has been the talk of the town continuously. JDU EMLC is considered to be one of the closest leaders of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and his raid here has also heated up politics.
On the other hand, IT raids have taken place at Kaushalya Samay Hospital in Arrah and the clinics of two other doctors Rashmi Singh and Ajit Singh. The team is questioning the hospital manager. Kaushalya Samay Hospital is located at Zero Mile of Udwantnagar. First there was a raid at JDU EMLC, after that there was a stir among the industrialists due to IT raids at the places of three consecutive doctors.
